"PreCure Queen Cherry Decree!" - is only available with a PreCure Staff that she can summon. used for team attack

Is not a pink-themed leader, but does have some pink in her outfit as a sub-themed.

Well I kinda got part of the idea of my character from :iconlove-is-belle: since she had a few FCs that live in America. There might be more there too and...well...I'm still trying to figure out her move. ...or if this'll be a new group/separate from any of the series so far or not.
Might move this to scraps but eh, I just like coming up with these guys.
